چکیده

In modern industrial applications like automobile manufacturing, shipbuilding, and aircraft construction. Aluminum alloy is employed to obtain a cost favorable, corrosion-resistant, weight optimized body which provides high stiffness. This paper aims find the influence of Process parameters welding current, Filler rod diameter, Gas flow rate on tensile strength TIG welded AA6082 using ER 4047 filler wire argon as shielding gas. Tensile properties specimen were determined per ASTM E8 Standard. The process butt joint plates Taguchi method. L9 orthogonal array design experiments was taken perform MINITAB software parameter best ultimate for aluminum 6082 alloy. maximum value comes out be 184 MPa. Residual stress also investigated at 1parameter. purpose this document serve resource selecting right save time cost.
